Do you offer in-home catering?
We do not offer an in-home chef service at this time. We do, however, prepare sushi platters for private events, receptions, birthdays and corporate events.
Can I order platters of 200, 300, 500 pieces or more?
Absolutely. We prepare orders ranging from a few hundred to 5,000 or 6,000 pieces of sushi.
We regularly work with companies on corporate events, receptions and special occasions. Every offer can be tailored to your needs, your budget and the number of guests.
Do you offer sushi classes?
Our sushi classes are not available at the moment, but they will be back soon. Watch for our upcoming announcements.
Do you have pre-made sushi boxes?
No. At L’Atelier Sushi, freshness comes first: all of our sushi is made to order, when you place your order.
Preparation time may vary with demand. We recommend ordering ahead, particularly on busy evenings.
What is Ton Garde-Manger, by L’Atelier Sushi?
Ton Garde-Manger is our new grab-and-go concept, designed for people who want to eat well, even when they are short on time.
It offers a variety of ready-to-go meals: sushi, poke bowls, hot dishes, soups, salads, desserts and much more.
Opening hours: Tuesday to Friday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Do you accept group reservations?
Yes. We welcome groups and offer a menu designed specifically for events and special occasions.

Do you sell gift cards?
Absolutely. Our gift cards are an excellent way to offer a memorable meal to family, friends, colleagues or employees.
Can the restaurant be booked for a private evening?
Yes. Our dining room can be reserved for a private event, a birthday, a reception or a corporate evening.

Do you offer gluten-free sushi for people with celiac disease?
Yes. We offer sushi options prepared with gluten-free ingredients.
If you have celiac disease or a gluten intolerance, please tell us when you order so that our team can take the appropriate precautions.
Please note that our kitchen also handles ingredients that contain gluten. Despite our precautions, we cannot guarantee that cross-contamination will never occur.
Should I reserve a table?
We strongly recommend reserving your table in advance, particularly on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
It allows us to welcome you properly and give you the best possible experience.

Of course. We offer takeout orders.
All of our sushi is made to order to guarantee freshness, quality and flavour.
How far in advance should I order for an event?
For large orders, we recommend contacting us as early as possible.

Yes. For private and corporate events, we can adapt our proposals to your preferences, your needs and the number of guests.
